Comic Poll Submissions

This policy outlines content that is not permitted in submissions to the Comic Poll Submissions service. Violations may result in removal of submissions, suspension, or termination of access.

Prohibited Submission Content

Illegal Content

• Content depicting illegal activities
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Content promoting or facilitating illegal acts

Harmful Content

• Content depicting minors in sexual or inappropriate situations
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Content containing credible threats against individuals or groups
• Content promoting dangerous or harmful activities

Harassment and Abuse

• Content targeting individuals with harassment or abuse
• Content containing personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Content promoting discrimination or hate based on protected characteristics

Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
• Content using others' creative work without permission

Spam and Manipulation

• Repetitive or duplicate submissions
• Submissions designed to manipulate or game the system
• Promotional or advertising content

SubscribeStar Compliance

All submissions must also comply with SubscribeStar's Terms of Service and content policies. Content that violates SubscribeStar's policies is prohibited regardless of whether it is explicitly listed above.

Content Monitoring

We review submissions to ensure compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
